He has spearheaded compliance and legal initiatives for top mortgage lending, servicing, and real estate companies, bringing deep expertise in regulatory requirements and industry best practices. His roles have included overseeing Compliance Management Systems and providing strategic legal counsel to business units and senior management.

Mr. Petros has a proven track record in managing compliance audits, investigations, and regulatory examinations, acting as a key liaison with federal and state regulators. His litigation experience includes representing lenders and mortgage insurers in fraud cases and leading the litigation department of a major lender during the financial crisis.
